诱导轮属于航天发动机关键复杂零件,诱导轮整体结构属于薄壁回转体类零件,诱导轮叶片型面复杂,加工难度大、加工过程中易变形.本文针对航天发动机涡轮泵诱导轮类零件加工工艺特点,介绍了研制的诱导轮专机结构特点、功能,以及诱导轮零件的加工工艺方法,诱导轮专机可实现五轴联动加工,配置了托盘自动交换系统、在机测量、自适应加工、机床精度自动补偿等功能,实现了诱导轮类零件复杂型面的高效加工.
The induction wheel belongs to the key complex parts of the aerospace engine,and the overall structure of the induction wheel belongs to the thin-wall rotary parts.The induction wheel blade surface is complex,processing is dif-ficult and easy to deform in the processing process.According to the characteristics of aerospace engine turbine pump in-duction wheel parts processing process,introduces the development of induced wheel plane structure characteristics,func-tion,and the processing method of induction wheel parts,induction wheel plane can realize five axis linkage processing,configuration tray automatic exchange system,measurement,adaptive processing,machine accuracy automatic compensa-tion,realize the efficient processing of induced wheel parts complex surface.
