Research on Intelligent System for Operation and Management of Painting Equipment
This article focuses on the problems existing in the current painting equipment operation manage-ment system,and develops an online monitoring system for the operation status of auxiliary machines,achieving real-time monitoring of the operation status of auxiliary machines,synchronizing equipment operation manage-ment with unit operation management.By separating the backend computing program from the algorithm logic,the online switching of the algorithm is achieved,making the system adapt to the judgment of the operation sta-tus of auxiliary machines in various situations.The system parameter setting method using BS mode simplifies system management and maintenance,while also increasing flexibility.
