新能源汽车牵引电机系统故障诊断研究

牵引电机作为新能源汽车的主要动力部件,能否正常工作直接关系着整个汽车的运行质量.为了提高新能源汽车牵引电机故障的处理效率,避免因电机故障导致交通事故的发生,本文介绍了新能源汽车牵引电机的结构组成,对新能源汽车牵引电机常见的故障进行分析,采用小波变换数据处理技术在MATLAB实验环境中对牵引电机系统故障进行了模拟仿真,取得了较好的故障诊断效果,保证汽车运行可靠性的同时推动了中国新能源汽车行业的长远发展.
Research on Fault Diagnosis of New Energy Vehicle Traction Motor System
Traction motor as the main power component of new energy vehicles,its normal operation is directly relat-ed to the running quality of the entire vehicle.In order to improve the processing efficiency of new energy vehicle traction motor failure and avoid traffic accidents caused by motor failure,this paper first introduces the structure of new energy vehicle traction motor,and then analyzes the common faults of new energy vehicle traction motor.Finally,wavelet trans-form data processing technology is used to simulate the fault of traction motor system in MATLAB experimental environ-ment,and a good fault diagnosis effect is achieved.Which ensures the reliability of vehicle operation and promotes the long-term development of China's new energy automobile industry.
