Research on Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance Technology of Electronic Fuel Injection Engine for Military Transport Vehicles
In order to improve the maintenance quality of engines,this paper proposes a research on engine fault diagnosis methods and engine fault maintenance techniques.Various operating parameters of the engine are monitored in real-time through sensor technology.Subsequently,wavelet transform and fractal theory are used to process and analyze these parameters,effectively extracting fault features.A fault diagnosis algorithm based on discrete wavelet transform(DWT)was developed by calculating the fractal dimension and box dimension of vibration signals.By comparing actual operating data with standard or model predicted values,the type and loca-tion of engine faults can be quickly and accurately determined.
