Analysis of Error and Quality Control Methods in Mechanical Drafting in Engine Manufacturing
Mechanical drafting serves as a crucial foundation for engineering technical communication and product realization,whereits accuracy directly determines the quality level of the product.In modern mechanical manufacturing,particularly for engines that are the power core,the requirements for manufacturing quality are extremely stringent.Any minor errors in drafting can lead to issues in the machining and assembly of engine components,subsequently affecting the overall engine performance and causing economic losses.This paper first discusses the importance of mechanical drafting and then analyzes the types of errors that may occur in mechani-cal drafting in engine manufacturing and their causes.Based on this,several quality control methods are pro-posed to enhance product quality and reduce production costs,providing useful references for improvement.
