Design and Research of Intelligent Guidance Screen System in Improving Welding Quality
In the context of increasing customer quality requirements and intensifying market competition,businesses must maintain their competitive edge by improving management levels,reducing costs,tapping into internal potential,and enhancing the efficiency of personnel and equipment.This paper investigates an intelligent guidance screen system for real-time interaction during the welding process.The system integrates and monitors welding machine performance data in real-time,providing accurate equipment statistics to reduce human errors and labor intensity,and improve maintenance efficiency.It supports decision-making for production manage-ment,process optimization,and equipment upgrading.Through device networking and real-time 3D animation displays,the system achieves real-time interaction between the welding process and the welder,ensuring welding quality and standardizing operations.
