摘要

随着智能制造时代的到来,工业机器人集成系统成为产业升级的关键.工业机器人应用系统集成课程涉及复杂多样的系统集成内容,需融合机械、电子、控制、信息等多学科知识,尤其强调系统间数据传递的理解.传统教学模式受限于硬件成本高、资源有限,难以直观展示数据流动与信号传递过程,影响学生系统思维与创新能力的培养.因此采用理虚实一体的方式开展课程改革研究,通过引入虚拟仿真技术,模拟真实环境下的系统交互,直观展示数据信息的传递,帮助学生深入理解系统协同工作的底层逻辑,提升教学质量与学习效率,培养高素质人才.

Abstract

With the advent of the era of smart manufacturing,industrial robot integrated systems have be-come pivotal to industrial upgrading.The industrial robot application system integration course involves complex and diverse system integration content,requiring the fusion of multiple disciplines such as mechanical,electron-ic,control,and information engineering.It particularly emphasizes the understanding of data transmission be-tween systems.Traditional teaching models are constrained by high hardware costs and limited resources,mak-ing it difficult to visually demonstrate the process of data flow and signal transmission,thereby hindering the cul-tivation of students'systematic thinking and innovation abilities.Therefore,a reform study adopting the "inte-gration of theory-virtual-reality"approach has been initiated.By introducing virtual simulation technology,this approach simulates system interactions in real-world environments,visually presenting the transmission of data and information,thereby assisting students in deeply understanding the underlying logic of system collaboration,enhancing teaching quality and learning efficiency,and fostering high-quality talents.
