柴油氧化催化器性能的影响因素研究

基于发动机台架进行柴油氧化催化器性能试验,研究了在发动机正常运转时 DOC 温升特性,出口温度变化受到空速和DOC入口温度的影响.空速(Space Velocity)、DOC入口排气温度对NO、CO和碳氢化合物对转化效率的影响,结果表明,在NO转化效率上 1#DOC 在 250~450℃下空速越低转化效率越好,其中在 175~350℃下转化效率随着温度得升高而增加,在 375~450℃中转化效率随着温度升高而下降.2#DOC 中可以看出在低温区域(175~275℃)空速越高转化效率越好,在 300~450℃下空速越低转化效率越好.不同类型 DOC 对CO的转化效率在各温度下均在 90%以上.两种DOC的THC转化效率 1#DOC在 300~400℃转化效率最高为90%,2#DOC在 275~400℃转化效率最高为 80%.
Research on Factors Influencing the Performance of Diesel Oxidation Catalysts
Based on engine bench-scale Catalytic converter performance tests,it was studied that the tempera-ture rise of DOC is not obvious when the engine is in normal operation,and the outlet temperature is affected by the airspeed and the inlet temperature of DOC.The effects of Space Velocity and exhaust temperature of Doc In-let on the conversion efficiency of NO,CO and hydrocarbon were studied.The results showed that the conver-sion efficiency of 1#DOC at 250℃-450℃was better than that at 250℃-450℃at 175℃-350℃,conversion efficiency increased with increasing temperature,while at 375℃-450℃,conversion efficiency decreased with in-creasing temperature.The higher the airspeed,the better the conversion efficiency at low temperature(175℃-275℃),and the lower the airspeed,the better the conversion efficiency at 300℃-450℃.The CO conversion efficiency of different types of DOC was more than 90%at each temperature.The THC conversion efficiency of 1#Doc was 90%at 300℃-400℃,and that of 2#Doc was 80%at 275℃-400℃.
