电火花毛化表面电磁屏蔽性能原理分析

在动车牵引变流器电磁屏蔽技术上,经电火花机床加工处理后的关键电气部件箱体内表面形成表面毛化特征,在提高电磁屏蔽效果上是一种新型思路。本论文从电磁屏蔽机理入手,并结合屏蔽体表面粗糙度特性,研究其电磁屏蔽原理及影响因素,结果表明:电磁波在传播到经毛化表面处理后的屏蔽体,由于表面凹坑、凸起的叠加造成电磁波的多次反射及吸收作用,经毛化后的屏蔽体表面电磁屏蔽效果取决于其能量衰减程度,而能量衰减程度由毛化表面凹坑凸起形貌特征决定。
Principle Analysis of Electromagnetic Shielding Performance on Surface of Electric Spark Texturing
Surface texturing features are formed on the inner surface of key electrical components processed by electric discharge machine tools,in terms of electromagnetic shielding technology for high-speed train traction converters,it is a new approach to improve electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.This paper starts with the e-lectromagnetic shielding mechanism,combined with the surface roughness characteristics of the shielding body.study its electromagnetic shielding principle and influencing factors.The results indicate that:Electromagnetic waves propagate to the shielding material after surface treatment,multiple reflections and absorption of electro-magnetic waves caused by the superposition of surface pits and protrusions,the electromagnetic shielding effect on the surface of the textured shielding body depends on its degree of energy attenuation,the degree of energy at-tenuation is determined by the morphology characteristics of the textured surface pits and protrusions.
