Based on the different load-bearing requirements and usage environments of the frame,through Adams finite element analysis,it was found that the load on the front mounting point of the left control arm was too large.After structural optimization,lightweight and high-strength materials were reasonably selected.Through material performance optimization and structural design,the lightweight of the frame was achieved.Fi-nite element analysis was used to refine the design of the frame structure,achieving the dual goals of structural lightweight and performance optimization.The research on lightweight car frames is a long-term and complex system engineering that requires continuous exploration and innovation.By conducting in-depth research on lightweight materials,processes,and design methods,new vitality will be injected into the sustainable develop-ment of the automotive industry.
