Study on The Emission of Air-assisted Urea Injection System and Non Air-assisted Urea Injection System
This paper studies the influence of two main urea injection systems(namely non-air-assisted urea injection system and air-assisted urea injection system)on diesel engine emissions, and draws the following con-clusions:When the air-assisted and non-air-assisted ESC cycle and ETC cycle emission tests were carried out on the same prototype, the actual urea emission of the air-assisted injection system was about 4%lower than that of the non-air-assisted injection system, and the NOx emission result was slightly higher than that of the non-air-as-sisted injection system. When the actual amount of urea injection is the same, the NOx emission results of the air-assisted injection system and the non-air-assisted injection system are consistent, that is,the conversion effi-ciency of the two injection systems is basically the same, but the urea overflow of the air-assisted injection system is slightly higher, and the risk of urea crystallization in SCR is low, which can effectively reduce the risk of crys-tallization failure in the market.
