Failure Analysis of Gear Broken Teeth in Construction Machinery Transmission
The gearbox of construction machinery is one of the important transmission devices in construction ma-chinery,and the failure of its gear teeth is one of the main problems affecting its reliability and service life.This article mainly studies the cause analysis and effective solution strategies of gear breakage failure in engineering machinery gear-boxes.Firstly,the basic principle and structure of construction machinery gearboxes were introduced,including their im-portant role in construction machinery.Subsequently,an in-depth analysis was conducted on the causes of tooth breakage and failure in engineering gearbox gears,including the effects of material quality,manufacturing process,lubrication sta-tus,and operating conditions.In the third part,the analysis method of gear tooth breakage failure in engineering gearbox was explored,covering technical means such as experimental testing,numerical simulation,and fault diagnosis.Finally,an eective strategy was proposed to solve the problem of gear breakage failure in engineering machinery gearboxes,em-phasizing the importance of preventive maintenance and regular inspections,and analyzing the effectiveness of the strategy through practical cases.The innovation of this study lies in a systematic analysis of the causes of gear breakage failure in construction machinery gearboxes,and proposing comprehensive and practical solutions.The aim is to help the construc-tion machinery industry effectively improve equipment reliability and extend service life,thereby reducing maintenance costs and losses caused by production downtime.
