为提高气缸盖加工生产线的自动化率,降低人工成本,本文研究工业机器人及视觉集成等技术,实现加工生产线的自动化、柔性化、智能化生产.设计专用输送系统,实现各单元之间的联通;采用机器人视觉结合地轨第七轴的方案,实现一台机器人给多台加工中心上下料;搭建整线主控系统,实现工件自动排单、自动上下料、自动加工的控制.
Design and Application of Automatic Upgrading of Cylinder head Processing Production line
In order to improve the automation rate of cylinder head processing production lines and reduce la-bor costs,this article studies industrial robots and visual integration technologies to achieve automated,flexible,and intelligent production of processing production lines.Design a dedicated conveying system to achieve connec-tivity between various units;By combining robot vision with the seventh axis of the ground rail,a solution is a-dopted to enable one robot to load and unload materials on multiple machining centers;Build a main control sys-tem for the entire production line to achieve automatic scheduling of workpieces,automatic loading and unloa-ding,and automatic processing control.
