Research on Fatigue Resistance Solution of Flexible Cables Based on Industrial Robot Devices in Automotive Intelligent Production Systems
According to the standard requirements for fatigue resistance of flexible cables for industrial robots in intelligent production systems for automobiles,combined with common abnormal fatigue resistance perform-ance in experiments,the key factors affecting the fatigue resistance performance of cables are analyzed in depth.Propose the design concept of symmetry and high roundness in cable structure design;In terms of material selec-tion,it is recommended to use alloy conductors with excellent fatigue resistance and sheathing materials with good weather resistance.For different installation and wiring scenarios,it is recommended to reserve sufficient wiring allowance,add partitions to reduce mutual interference between cables of different sizes,avoid using fas-tening methods such as ties,and optimize the design of drag chain devices to reduce the wear of cables caused by edges and grooves,thereby comprehensively improving the fatigue resistance of flexible cables for industrial ro-bots in automotive intelligent production systems.
