目前三坐标测量机被装备制造业、航天航空工业、电子工业和国防工业等多行业广泛应用,成为零件现代检测和质量分析必不可少的设备.本文主要介绍三坐标测量机的发展、分类、结构及工作原理,以典型轴类零件为工作任务,从测头校准、建立坐标系、几何特征测量与评价、测量列数据处理与误差分析等方面介绍三坐标的应用,并对提高三坐标测量机检测精度提供建议.
Application Research on Error Analysis of Parts Detection Based on Three Coordinate Measuring Machine
Currently,coordinate measuring machines(CMMs)are widely used in various industries such as equip-ment manufacturing,aerospace,electronics,and national defense,and have become essential equipment for modern in-spection and quality analysis of parts.This article mainly introduces the development,classification,structure,and work-ing principle of coordinate measuring machines.Taking typical axis parts as the working task,the application of coordi-nate measuring machines is introduced from the aspects of probe calibration,establishment of coordinate system,geomet-ric feature measurement and evaluation,measurement column data processing and error analysis.Suggestions are also provided to improve the detection accuracy of coordinate measuring machines.
