Analysis and Improvement of Motor Burn Failure of Oil Pre-supply Pump and Verification Measures
In this paper,the motor burn failure of oil pre-supply pump was analyzed,improve the motor effi-ciency and reduce the pressure after the pump.The performance test of parts and the function verification of the whole machine were carried out for the improved oil pump.The changing trend of the motor current and the e-valuation of the test results of the pre-supply time showed that the improvement effect was well and the verifica-tion measures for the pre-supply pump were solidified.
