The main engine is the"heart"of a ship,and the quality of its working state is related to the navi-gation safety of the ship.Especially for rescue tugboats,they usually need to perform rescue operations under extremely harsh sea conditions,thus placing higher demands on their operational reliability.This ship is e-quipped with a 4500 KW Ceylon 4-stroke 9L32 type 4-stroke diesel engine,using a UNIC control device.It main-ly includes the main controller,safety module,power module,and display module.The main controller adopts WOODWARDPGA-EG,and the main controller is the main control module.The article analyzes this fault phe-nomenon one by one,identifies the possible causes of this problem,and eliminates them.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of the relevant equipment,regular maintenance and repair are carried out.
