In a steam turbine generator set,the lubricating oil can affect the safe operation of the turbine.The particulate matter,paint film tendency index,moisture content,acid value,and other important quality in-dicators are important.As the operating years of the unit increase,the performance of the lubricating oil gradu-ally decreases.The management of the lubricating oil system has become a troublesome task,especially the paint film cannot be effectively cleaned by changing the oil.This article introduces the principle and performance char-acteristics of charge polymerization oil purifiers,and introduces an application example of charge polymerization oil purifiers in the lubricating oil system of steam turbines.
