Research on Unfolding Technology of Sheet Metal
This article elaborates on the common unfolding methods and application technologies of sheet met-al,as well as the parameter table made from the accumulated bending coefficients of various plate thicknesses in production.The superiority and practicality of applying the bending coefficient in the unfolding of bent sheet metal parts,and the implementation and application of the bending coefficient in the sheet metal unfolding process are also discussed.Solved the problems of complex manual calculations and large errors,reduced labor intensity and production costs,and improved the market competitiveness of enterprise products.
