Application of Mechanical Processing Technology in Modern Automobile Manufacturing Industry
Exploring the practice of differential housing processing in modern automobile manufacturing in-dustry,this study deeply analyzes the structural characteristics,material selection and pretreatment methods of differential housing,as well as the key applications of mechanical processing technology in its manufacturing process.The article provides a detailed discussion on CNC machining,high-speed milling,precision casting and forging technologies,emphasizing how these methods can improve production efficiency and product perform-ance.Through the introduction of precision measurement and control,surface treatment technology,and fault a-nalysis and optimization strategies in the quality control process,the systematic methodology for improving the quality of differential housing has been revealed.
