摘要

内燃机由于其结构简单,经济性好,安全性高,所以在汽车、轮船等交通工具上都采用了内燃机.然而,目前制约内燃机性能提高的主要因素是其传动效率较低、侧压和死区等.所以在设计时需要充分考虑多个因素,包括机械性能、热力学、材料科学以及环境保护等.在设计过程中,需要通过对各种参数的精确计算和控制,以确保内燃机在最佳状态下运行,同时达到高效、低耗、低排放的目标,基于此,本课题利用 ANSYS对内燃机进行流体力学分析,经验证设计合理,同时确保其具有良好的稳定性和耐久性.

Abstract

Due to its simple structure,good economy,and high safety,internal combustion engines are used in vehicles such as cars and ships.However,the main factors currently restricting the improvement of internal combustion engine performance are its low transmission efficiency,side pressure,and dead zone.So when desig-ning,it is necessary to fully consider multiple factors,including mechanical properties,thermodynamics,materi-als science,and environmental protection.In the design process,it is necessary to accurately calculate and con-trol various parameters to ensure that the internal combustion engine operates at its optimal state,while achie-ving the goals of high efficiency,low consumption,and low emissions.Based on this,this project uses ANSYS to conduct fluid dynamics analysis on the internal combustion engine,and empirical evidence shows that the de-sign is reasonable,while ensuring its good stability and durability.
