In the new era,talent competition is fierce.As an important base for talent cultivation,vocational colleges not only shoulder the responsibility of cultivating professional and technical talents,but also need to pay attention to the integration of craftsmanship spirit in daily education and teaching.Daily education and teaching need to focus on innovation,and through the improvement of teaching methods,the"craftsmanship spirit"should be engraved in the hearts of students,in order to cultivate their craftsmanship spirit.This paper first in-troduces the significance of conducting vocational skills competitions,then studies the measures for cultivating skilled talents based on vocational skills competitions,and finally proposes several strategies for cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship under vocational skills competitions,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
