在智能制造背景下,工业机器人集成应用广泛,对技能型人才培养提出高要求.针对当前课程内容结构与产业需求不匹配的问题,提出通过多元场景重构课程项目,打破单一场景桎梏,增强学生跨领域应用能力和对复杂产业环境的适应能力.课程设计涵盖基础理论到行业应用的多个层面,融入行业标准、职业技能等级标准和思政元素,旨在培养既有专业技能又具备良好职业素养的高素质人才,为工业机器人系统集成产业的持续发展提供人才支撑.
Research on Reform of Industrial Robot Application System Integration Course Based on Industry-Education Integration
In the context of intelligent manufacturing,industrial robots are extensively integrated and ap-plied,necessitating the cultivation of highly skilled professionals.To address the misalignment between current course content and industry needs,it is proposed to reconstruct course projects through diverse scenarios,break-ing free from the constraints of a single scenario and enhancing students'ability to apply across disciplines and a-dapt to complex industrial environments.The course design spans from fundamental theory to industry applica-tions,incorporating industry standards,vocational skill level standards,and ideological and political elements.This aims to develop highly qualified individuals with both professional skills and strong professional ethics,pro-viding the talent foundation for the sustainable development of the industrial robot system integration industry.
