Research on Quality Evaluation System of Vocational Industrial Robot Professional Talent Training Under"1+X"Certificate System
Since the implementation of the"1+X"certificate system in 2019,it has had a profound impact on the talent training program,talent training objectives and talent training evaluation system of higher vocational colleges.Based on the"1+X"certificate system,the higher vocational colleges continue to adjust the personnel training plans and programs,in order to serve local enterprises to develop and export technical and skilled com-posite talents.Talent training and evaluation is an important link of talent training in higher vocational colleges and an important basis for dynamic adjustment and optimization of talent training programs.Based on previous a-chievements in talent training and evaluation,this paper constructs a five-in-one dynamic evaluation system of"universities,industry associations,industrial parks,enterprises and governments".This paper makes a five-way weight evaluation on the training of industrial robot technology professionals in higher vocational colleges.The annual talent evaluation report and results will be fed back to higher vocational colleges to promote the dynamic adjustment of talent training programs and plans for industrial robot technology majors in higher vocational colle-ges,and to transport qualified composite talents for industrial parks.
