摘要
本文从船用PA6 柴油机STC增压系统组成原理入手,阐明STC增压器故障案例现象特征,针对故障现象特征作了深入故障原因分析和具体的故障诊断排除,从而进一步提出预防性对策措施,对船舶柴油机使用管理具有现实指导参考意义.
Abstract
This article starts with the composition principle of the STC turbocharging system for PA6 diesel engines in ships,elucidates the phenomenon characteristics of STC turbocharging faults,conducts in-depth analysis of fault causes and specific fault diagnosis and elimination based on the fault phenomenon characteristics,and further proposes preventive measures,which has practical guidance and reference significance for the use and management of ship diesel engines.
