柴油机硅油减振器优化设计和仿真计算研究

针对某型柴油机曲轴螺栓因扭振振幅过大而频繁破坏的问题,在发动机曲轴当量系统模型上进行了振动特性分析,并对硅油减振器进行了优化设计。所提出的优化方案对减振器改动较小,有效提高减振器台架测试的通过率,显著缩短产品开发周期。还对优化方案进行曲轴扭振可靠性试验,试验结果表明:在原机的基础上选用小减振器,并将原机减振器惯性块宽度减少 7 mm,既可以改善 4 谐次振幅,又能够保证 8 谐次振幅不超过 0。15 deg。
Research on Optimal Design and Calculation of Silicone Oil Damper For Diesel Engines
Aiming at the problem of frequent destruction of crankshaft bolts of a certain type of diesel engine due to excessive amplitude of torsional vibration.We performed vibration characterization on the engine crank-shaft equivalent system model and optimized the design of the silicone oil damper.The proposed optimization scheme has less modification to the damper,effectively improves the pass rate of the damper bench test,and sig-nificantly shortens the product development cycle.We also conducted crankshaft torsional vibration reliability tests on the optimized scheme,and the test results show that:on the basis of the original machine,the selection of a small damper,and reduce the width of the inertia block of the original damper by 7mm,which can improve the 4th harmonic amplitude,and ensure that the 8th harmonic amplitude does not exceed 0.15 deg.
