轨道车辆空气弹簧极端工况试验设计与研究

针对轨道车辆空气弹簧常规试验和型式试验缺乏极端工况试验设备的问题,提出了一种可模拟极端工况对空气弹簧系统影响的试验设备结构,通过盛液装置装载洪水或酸碱雨水液体,使空气弹簧完全浸没在液体中,以模拟空气弹簧处于被水淹没和酸碱雨水浸泡中,实现了空气弹簧在极端环境工况中的模拟测试,提高了轨道车辆空气弹簧产品的可靠性及有效性,有利于更准确模拟和预测产品耐环境情况,有助于更高效的设计开发验证。同时可为其他类似产品的耐环境试验设备设计提供参考和借鉴。
Design and Research of Extreme Working Condition Test for Air Springs in Rail Vehicles
A testing equipment structure that can simulate the impact of extreme working conditions on the air spring system is proposed to address the issue of the lack of extreme working condition testing equipment for routine and type testing of air springs in rail vehicles.The liquid holding device is used to load flood or acid alkali rainwater liquids,so that the air spring is completely immersed in the liquid,simulating that the air spring is submerged in water and acid alkali rainwater.This achieves simulation testing of air springs in extreme environ-mental working conditions,improves the reliability and effectiveness of rail vehicle air spring products,and is conducive to more accurate simulation and prediction of product environmental resistance,which helps to more efficient design and development verification.At the same time,it can provide reference and inspiration for the design of environmental resistance testing equipment for other similar products.
