3D laser scanning technology is used to collect the surface data of an aero engine blade,and its 3D model is reconstructed in reverse engineering software.Based on the fluid-structure coupling method,the blade strength is calculated and analyzed considering the simultaneous action of aerodynamic load and centrifugal force.The results show that the strength calculation of aero engine blade based on 3D laser scanning modeling meets the needs of practical work,verifies the feasibility of the method,and provides a certain engineering reference for the subsequent analysis,design and maintenance of aero engine blade.
