带键槽薄壁齿圈的抗疲劳制造技术研究

带键槽的齿圈是机械传动中一种典型的零件,具有直径较大、径向厚度较薄、两键槽对称等形状特点.尺寸精度、行位公差要求高,表层硬度高,加工难度大,为解决上述问题,文中以某带键薄壁槽齿圈为例,分析了薄壁齿圈特殊结构特点、制造难点,制定了控制零件变形、齿部表层渗碳层深度及表面粗糙度等制造难点的设计方案,设计了具体的工艺方案并通过加工验证,得出了合理的加工方案.在此基础上设计了内孔为非圆的节圆夹具;采用粗、精插相结合,同时在粗、精插工序之间采用稳定处理、精磨基准等方式,保证零件的变形范围可控.通过实际零件的加工,验证了此工艺的可行性,为此类零件抗疲劳积累了一定经验.
Research on Anti fatigue Manufacturing Technology of High Hardness Thin Wall Gear Ring with Keyway
The gear ring with keyway is a typical part in mechanical transmission,with shape characteristics such as larger diameter,thinner radial thickness,and symmetrical two keyways.The requirements for dimen-sional accuracy and positional tolerance are high,the surface hardness is high,and the machining difficulty is high.In order to solve the above problems,this article takes a keyed thin-walled groove gear ring as an example to analyze the special structural characteristics and manufacturing difficulties of the thin-walled gear ring.A de-sign plan for controlling the deformation of the parts,the depth of the carburized layer on the surface of the teeth,and the surface roughness of the manufacturing difficulties is formulated.A specific process plan is de-signed and verified through machining,and a reasonable machining plan is obtained.On this basis,a pitch circle fixture with non circular inner holes was designed;By combining rough and fine insertion,and using stable treat-ment and precision grinding benchmarks between the rough and fine insertion processes,the deformation range of the parts can be controlled.The feasibility of this process has been verified through the processing of actual parts,accumulating certain experience for the fatigue resistance of such parts.
