工程机械车辆正常工作过程传动系统、液压系统散热需求普遍高于发动机本体散热需求,基于发动机温度的传统散热模式无法满足实际散热量需求.液压风扇散热量大、控制简单、可靠性高等特点使其在工程机械行业应用广泛.特别的,其反转特性可以将中冷器上的灰尘、杂质等进行有效清洁.因此,带反转功能的液压风扇正越来越多地被工程机械行业青睐.本文提出了一种液压风扇智能控制方法,通过发动机控制器精确控制液压风扇,满足正转散热,反转清洁的需求;经整车验证,此控制方法简单、有效,能够达到设计目标.
Research on Intelligent Control Method of Hydraulic Fan Based on Temperature
According to the fan set speed and engine speed,query the feed forward opening MAP of the sole-noid valve to obtain the feed forward opening value.The traditional heat dissipation mode based on the tempera-ture of engine can'tsatisfy actual heat dissipation requirement.Large heat dissipation and simple control and high reliability of hydraulic fan,so it's widely used in construction machinery industry.Exceptional,the reverse feature can effectively clean the magazines on the intercooler.So htdraulic fans with reverse feature are more and more fa-vored by construction machinery industry.This paper presents an intelligent control method for hydraulic fan,It can accuracy control hydraulic fan via the engine controller,and meet the requirements of heat dissipation and cleaning.This control methed is simple and effective pass vehicle test.
