摘要

测头测量一直是被制造业广泛认可的先进测量方式,其优势在于可以在复杂的生产环境下,以相对较低的成本提供多种多样的工艺及质量解决方案,大幅提升加工能力和生产效率.本文总结了国内某发动机缸体机加工生产线(以下简称缸体生产线)多年以来在新项目改造和序列化生产过程中使用红外触发式测头的应用成果.通过介绍其多维度应用场景、异常故障报警分析以及与关键缸套喷涂工艺融合的优化案例,综合阐述了测头在缸体生产实践过程中的重要意义,为业界提供参考.

Abstract

Probe measurement has always been an advanced measurement method,which is widely recognized by the manufacturing industry.Its advantage lies in its ability to provide a variety of process and quality solutions at relatively low cost in complex production environments,greatly improving processing capacity and production efficiency.This arti-cle summarizes the application results of infrared touch probes in a domestic engine cylinder block machining production line(hereinafter referred to as the cylinder block production line)for several years in the process of new project modifica-tion and series production.By introducing its multi-dimensional application scenarios,abnormal fault alarm analysis,and a probe optimization case integrated with the key technology of cylinder bore coating,the importance of the probe in the production practice of cylinder block is comprehensively elaborated,providing reference for the industry.
