摘要

工业机器人目前广泛应用于焊接,搬运,装配,码垛,喷涂等工业生产中,可以缓解企业人力资源不足,改善工人工作环境,提高生产效率.本文基于 FANUC工业机器人中 LR Mate 200iD 系列,探究了FANUC工业机器人分别通过直接示教法,偏移运算法和码垛指令运算法三种不同的方法实现同一案例的搬运码垛过程.文章通过分析FANUC工业机器人搬运码垛各个方法的实现方式,比较其优缺点,为编程人员选择合适的码垛方式提供一定的理论依据.

Abstract

Industrial robots are currently widely used in welding,handling,assembly,palletizing,spraying and other in-dustrial production,which can alleviate the shortage of human resources in enterprises,improve the working environment of workers,and increase production efficiency.This article is based on the LR Mate 200iD series in FANUC industrial robots,explores the process of handling and palletizing the same case using three different methods:direct teaching method,offset operation method,and palletizing instruction operation method.The article analyzes the implementation of various methods for handling and palletizing based on FANUC industrial robots,compares their advantages and disadvantages,and provides a certain theoretical basis for programmers to choose the appropriate palletizing method.
