The production of automobile instrument panels is a tedious and complex process.With the contin-uous development of science and technology and the increasing demand of consumers for products,most automo-bile instrument panels use soft materials.According to different processing techniques and product requirements,the surface processing methods of instrument panels can be roughly divided into two types:vacuum forming and powder forming.This article mainly discusses the process of powder coating molding on the surface of instru-ment panels.The powder raw materials have been changed from manual addition to automatic addition by ro-bots,and the degree of automation has been improved to better serve production.
