专用车床设计在汽车齿轮加工中的应用研究

普通经济型车床由于投资少、使用效益好、性能稳定及操作方便而受到重视,在实际应用中,不仅要求会使用机床还要会快速维修,为了清楚地分析机床内部结构以及机床运转的工作过程;提高经济型车床的技术性能和经济效益,保障操作人员安全,本文对车床关键零件的机械性能进行了研究.根据车床总体方案与布置,以CA6140 车床为研究对象,采取调整局部结构,提出车床的结构修改方案,在综合考虑车床振动和静刚度后,达到减小车床床身形变和改善各部分零件受力分布状况的目的.为车床的优化设计,提供新的思路和方法.简化后的车床经制造、安装、调试和现场试验,满足汽车齿轮的实际加工要求,且维修维护更方便快速.
Research on Application of Special Lathe Design in Automotive Gear Processing
Ordinary economic lathe due to less investment,good use efficiency,stable performance and easy operation and attention,in practical applications,not only requires the use of machine tools but also rapid main-tenance,in order to clearly analyze the internal structure of the machine tool and the working process of the ma-chine tool operation;To improve the technical performance and economic benefit of the economical lathe and en-sure the safety of the operator,the mechanical properties of the key parts of the lathe are studied in this paper.According to the overall plan and layout of the lathe,the CA6140 lathe was taken as the research object,and the structural modification scheme of the lathe was proposed by adjusting the local structure.After considering the vibration and static stiffness of the lathe comprehensively,the purpose of reducing the deformation of the lathe bed and improving the stress distribution of each part was achieved.It provides a new idea and method for the optimization design of lathe.After manufacturing,installation,commissioning and field test,the simplified lathe can meet the actual processing requirements.More convenient and quick maintenance.
