Research on Fault Diagnosis and Preventive Maintenance Strategies for Electrical Systems of New Energy Vehicles
With the rapid promotion of new energy vehicles,the reliability and health status of their electrical systems as the"nerve center"are crucial for the efficient and safe operation of vehicles.This article focuses on the fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance strategies of the electrical system of new energy vehicles,outlines the electrical system of new energy vehicles,and elaborates on the important significance of conducting related research.Then,the common types of faults in key components such as drive motors and high-voltage batteries were analyzed,and the common faults,diagnostic methods,and preventive maintenance strategies of the electri-cal system of new energy vehicles were discussed in detail.The future development direction was also pointed out.This article lays a theoretical and technical foundation for improving the health management level of new en-ergy vehicle electrical systems and ensuring their efficient and safe operation,which is of great value for promo-ting the intelligent and green transformation of the automotive industry.
