随着ISO 16232-2018《道路车辆-部件和系统的清洁度》和VDA 19 第一部分《清洁度检测技术-汽车零部件颗粒污染》两项标准的广泛应用,集成了自动清洗及过滤功能的清洁度颗粒提取测试台得到推广。试验室在进行产品颗粒提取时大部分选择了较为方便的压力清洗方法。然而,基于滤清器的特殊结构,考虑产品本身的过滤功能,选择压力清洗方法,即分别对产品上下游油路进行清洗,会得到较大的污染度数据,与实际应用效果存在差异。本文将针对滤清器产品,分析压力清洗方式与台架清洗方式的差异,以供试验室选择更合适的方法。
Influence of Filter Cleanliness Test Method on Test Result
With the wide application of ISO 16232-2018"Road vehicles-Cleanliness of Components and Sys-tems"and VDA 19 Part 1"Cleanliness Detection Techniques-Particulate Pollution of Automotive Parts",the cleanliness particle extraction test bench with integrated automatic cleaning and filtration functions has been pro-moted.In the laboratory,most of the more convenient pressure cleaning methods were selected when the product particles were extracted.However,based on the special structure of the filter,considering the filtration function of the product itself,the pressure cleaning method is selected,that is,the upstream and downstream oil routes of the product are cleaned respectively,and the pollution degree data will be larger,which is different from the actual application effect.This paper will analyze the difference between the pressure cleaning method and the bench cleaning method for the filter product,so as to choose a more suitable method for the laboratory.
