摘要

随着汽车产业的不断发展,数控技术在汽车零件加工中的应用日益广泛,利用数控技术,实现汽车零件加工自动化、智能化,是汽车企业实现和保持竞争优势的关键,本文从数控加工技术中的关键技术:数控编程技术、数控加工质量控制技术、刀具路径规划、数控加工中的数据传输和通信技术入手,分析了数控技术在复杂几何形状零件加工、高精度零件加工、批量生产中的具体应用,并对数控技术未来的发展趋势进行了展望.

Abstract

With the continuous development of the automotive industry,the application of CNC technology in automotive parts processing is becoming increasingly widespread.Utilizing CNC technology to achieve automa-tion and intelligence in automotive parts processing is the key for automotive enterprises to achieve and maintain competitive advantages.This article starts with the key technologies in CNC machining technology:CNC pro-gramming technology,CNC machining quality control technology,tool path planning,data transmission and communication technology in CNC machining,analyzes the specific applications of CNC technology in complex geometric shape parts processing,high-precision parts processing,and batch production,and looks forward to the future development trends of CNC technology.
