数字化机械制造技术在汽车零部件加工工艺中的应用

汽车零部件加工工艺与汽车零部件的质量以及安全性能存在直接关系.近年来随着汽车行业不断发展,对汽车零部件加工机械制造技术的要求也越来越高,不少汽车零部件加工中都开始应用数字化机械制造技术提高零部件的精度、品质以及生产效率.本文首先分析了数字化机械制造技术的相关概念,进一步研究汽车零部件加工工艺中存在的问题,并提出数字化机械制造技术在汽车零部件加工工艺中的具体应用方案,以期为相关工作的开展提供参考.
Application of Digital Machinery Manufacturing Technology in Automobile Parts Processing Technology
There is a direct relationship between the processing process and the quality and safety performance of auto parts.In recent years,with the continuous development of the automobile industry,the requirements for auto parts processing machinery manufacturing technology are becoming higher and higher.Many auto parts pro-cessing begin to apply digital machinery manufacturing technology to improve the accuracy,quality and produc-tion efficiency of the parts.This paper first analyzes the relevant concepts of digital machinery manufacturing technology,further studies the problems existing in the processing process of auto parts,and puts forward the specific application scheme of digital machinery manufacturing technology in the processing process of auto parts,in order to provide reference for the development of related work.
