为了提高职业教育的适应性,培养适应汽车产业变革需要的工程领域技术技能人才,本文以SWOT理论方法,通过多维度的方法剖析新能源汽车现场工程师培养的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,为新能源汽车专业群建设与现代产业学院的建设发展提供数据支持和路径参考.本文从产业学院建设、师资能力提升、人才培养规律等视角提出了建设性方案和建议.
Exploration of Training Mode and Path for On-site Engineers in Field of New Energy Vehicles
To improve the adaptability of vocational education and train technical talents in the engineering field to meet the needs of the automobile industry change,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,op-portunities and threats of the training of field engineers of new energy vehicles through the method of SWOT theory and multi-dimensional method.It provides data support and path reference for the construction of new en-ergy automobile professional group and the construction and development of modern industry college.This paper puts forward constructive plans and suggestions from the perspectives of the construction of industrial college,the improvement of teachers'ability and the law of personnel training.
