基于船用涡轮增压器叶轮-衬套-气封系统的过盈配合研究

过盈配合已广泛应用于机械装配领域,本文针对新型船用涡轮增压器过盈配合系统结构,使用有限元分析软件及非线性接触分析方法研究了在极限转速下两种不同过盈量状态时系统的应力状态与接触状态。经过研究,仅有衬套与压气叶轮过盈配合,随着过盈量的增大,压气叶轮与衬套的配合面上贴合更加紧密;在衬套、气封双重过盈量的作用下,气封、衬套过盈量对压气叶轮的应力影响较小;但衬套、气封过盈量不宜超过0。12 mm、0。15 mm。这为下阶段过盈试验验证提供了理论指导。
Research Interference Fit on Impeller-Bushing-Seal System of Marine Turbocharger
Interference fit has been widely used in the field of mechanical assembly.In this paper,the finite element analysis software and nonlinear contact analysis method are used to study the stress state and contact state of the new ma-rine turbocharger interference fit system structure under two different interference conditions at the limit speed.After re-search,only the interference fit between the bushing and the compressor impeller is studied.With the increase of the a-mount of interference,the fit surface between the compressor impeller and the bushing is closer;under the action of the double interference of the bushing and the gas seal,the interference of the gas seal and the bushing has little effect on the stress of the compressor impeller;however,the interference of bushing and gas seal should not exceed 0.12 mm and 0.15 mm.It provides theoretical guidance for the next stage of interference test verification.
