SPMSM Rotor Initial Phase Detection Method Based on High-frequency Signal Injection
The normal operation of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM)control system requires accurate acquisition of rotor phase, and commonly used incremental encoders cannot accurately obtain the initial phase of the rotor during system initialization. To solve this problem, traditional methods locate the rotor by applying a current vector of known magnitude and direction, butdifferent degrees of reversal may oc-cur during the positioning process. In order to avoid rotor misperat-ion,this paper proposes to use high-frequency signal injection method to detect the initial phase of the rotor. The experimental results show that this method can accurately detect the initial phase of the SPMSM rotor under no-load conditions.
