摘要

近年来轮毂旋压技术作为一种新型车轮成形工艺方法逐渐发展起来.该方法通过改变轮毂制造材料、成型工艺以及轮毂外形,以实现车轮轻量化目标,进而促进汽车产业节能减排.本文使用ABAQUS构建旋压轮毂的成型数学模型,进行轮毂旋压模拟仿真研究,利用有限元方法对模型进行了疲劳性能计算,进一步开展了模型的优化和改进.

Abstract

In recent years,wheel spinning technology has gradually developed as a new type of wheel forming process.This method achieves the goal of lightweight wheels by changing the manufacturing materials,forming processes,and wheel shape,thereby promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in the automotive in-dustry.This article uses ABAQUS to construct a mathematical model for spinning wheel hub forming,conducts simulation research on wheel hub spinning,calculates the fatigue performance of the model using finite element method,and further optimizes and improves the model.
