Q345 GNH 耐候钢已广泛应用于集装箱、铁路车辆、桥梁等需要耐大气腐蚀的环境中.本文对Q345 GNH 耐候钢端梁开裂情况进行宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检查、力学性能分析和断口分析等,对开裂产生的原因进行了讨论,提出了该耐候钢酸溶铝的含量过低以及微量元素P 在晶界的偏聚是其室温韧性显著偏低、易于发生脆裂的主要原因,为业界处理类似问题提供借鉴.
Analysis and Study on Cracking of Q345 GNH Weathering Steel End Beam
Q345 GNH weathering steel has been widely used in environments such as containers,railway vehi-cles,bridges,etc.that require resistance to atmospheric corrosion.This article conducts macroscopic inspec-tion,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,mechanical property analysis,and fracture a-nalysis on the cracking of Q345 GNH weathering steel end beams.The causes of cracking are discussed,and it is proposed that the low content of acid soluble aluminum and the segregation of trace element P at grain boundaries are the main reasons for the significantly low room temperature toughness and susceptibility to brittle cracking of the weathering steel.This provides a reference for the industry to deal with similar problems.
