轨道车辆空气弹簧检修系统设计研究

针对轨道车辆空气弹簧检修实训存在无法模拟现场真实作业情况及缺乏对检修产品的客观评价试验方案的问题,提出了一种包含轨道车辆空气弹簧检修实训过程及结果考核评价的检修系统及其实施方案,通过设计实训区和考核区,将检修辅助设备柜、悬臂吊装置、装配作业台、气密性试验机等检修实训相关设备有效衔接,搭建了模拟真实作业现场的轨道车辆空气弹簧检修实训作业及考核平台,提高了轨道车辆空气弹簧检修实训技能培训的可靠性及有效性,进一步提升空气弹簧检修技能人才的培养质量,同时可为其他类似产品的检修系统方案设计提供参考和借鉴.
Research on Design of Air Spring Maintenance System for Rail Vehicles
A maintenance system and its implementation plan are proposed to address the problems of the inability to simulate real on-site operation conditions and the lack of objective evaluation test plans for maintenance products in the train-ing of air spring maintenance for rail vehicles.The system includes the process and result assessment of air spring mainte-nance training for rail vehicles.By designing the training and assessment areas,the maintenance auxiliary equipment cabi-nets,cantilever cranes,assembly workstations,airtightness testing machines and other related equipment are effectively con-nected.A simulated real operation site for rail vehicle air spring maintenance training and verification platform is built,which improves the reliability and effectiveness of air spring maintenance training skills training for rail vehicles and further enhances the quality of training for air spring maintenance skilled talents,At the same time,it can provide reference and inspiration for the design of maintenance system solutions for other similar products.
