铁道机车车门防夹装置疲劳试验系统设计研究

针对铁道机车车门防夹装置疲劳试验缺乏自动化试验设备的问题以及数据采集精度不高的问题,提出了一种可代替人工的疲劳试验系统及其使用方法,设计了计数模式和破坏模式两种疲劳测试方法,可以直接自动完成对防夹装置的开关门试验,能够模拟人在关开门过程中的先加速关门,收到阻尼力,再匀速关门,然后再开门的过程.能够对防夹装置开关试验过程进行精确的数据统计,有利于产品的性能分析和改进优化设计,提高了机车车门防夹装置的设计及检修效率.同时可为其他类似产品的疲劳试验系统设计提供参考和借鉴.
Design and Research on Fatigue Test System for Anti Pinch Device of Railway Locomotive Doors
Aiming at the problem of lack of automated testing equipment and low data acquisition accuracy in fatigue testing of anti pinch devices for railway locomotive doors,a fatigue testing system and its usage method that can replace manual labor are proposed.Two fatigue testing methods,counting mode and failure mode,are designed,which can directly and automatically complete the opening and closing test of the anti pinch device.It can simulate the process of a person accelerating to close the door,receiving damping force,then closing the door at a constant speed,and then opening the door again during the process of closing the door.Accurate data statis-tics of the anti pinch device switch test process are beneficial for product performance analysis and improvement optimization design,and improve the design and maintenance efficiency of locomotive door anti pinch devices.At the same time,it can provide reference and inspiration for the design of fatigue testing systems for other similar products.
