列车制动是人为地制止列车的运动,在铁路编组站和列车调车中对运行安全极其重要.传统的列车减速通常采用减速顶辅助列车制动系统对列车进行减速,然而减速顶在安装使用时,大多采取在铁轨上开设安装孔用螺栓固定的方式进行,安装方式复杂,且打孔安装会对铁轨的强度造成破坏.为此,本文基于减速顶对列车减速装置进行改进设计,提出一种列车辅助减速装置,以解决或缓解现有工程中存在的技术问题,对列车运行安全具有积极意义.
Design of a Train Auxiliary Deceleration Device
Train braking is to artificially stop the movement of the train,which is extremely important to the operation safety in the railway marshalling station and train shunting.The traditional train deceleration usually uses the retarder to as-sist the train braking system to slow down the train.However,when the retarder is installed and used,it mostly adopts the way of opening installation holes on the rail and fixing them with bolts.The installation method is complex,and the perfora-ted installation will damage the strength of the rail.Therefore,this project improves the design of the train deceleration de-vice based on the retarder,and proposes a train auxiliary deceleration device to solve or alleviate the technical problems exist-ing in the existing projects,which is of positive significance to the safety of train operation.
