摘要

拖拉机是一种重要的农业机械,在农业生产中被广泛使用.工作时排气管产生的噪声极大地影响操作者的健康,现有的消声器体积较大,中低频降噪效果不足,且拖拉机的废气有复杂化学成分和较高的温度,长期使用,容易氧化腐蚀.本文结合理论分析与仿真对消声器进行结构设计,并对排气阻力进行流体力学分析,获得一种降噪效果好、排气阻力小的消声器模型.

Abstract

Tractor is an important agricultural machinery,which is widely used in agricultural production.The noise produced by the exhaust pipe during operation affects the health of the operator.The existing muffler is large in volume,and the noise reduction effect of middle and low frequency is insufficient.Moreover,the exhaust gas of the tractor has complex chemical composition and high temperature.In this paper,the structure design of the muffler is combined with theoretical analysis and simulation,and the fluid mechanics analysis of the exhaust resistance is carried out,and a muffler model with good noise reduction effect and small exhaust resistance is obtained.
