以复合零件为例,通过Mastercam2022 软件,零件建模采用切割截面法,推拉各区域空间位置,使之成型,提高 CAD 的建模速度.加工工艺采用平面铣、3D 动态铣削、2D 高速刀路、外形铣削、曲面 3D 高速刀路(等高)、深孔啄孔等策略进行工件粗加工、精加工仿真应用.并重点介绍 3D动态铣削粗加工策略的优势,有效利用侧刀刃加工,减少铣刀的底刃磨损,简化粗加工的编程设置,从而降低初学者入门的难度.
Modeling and Machining Simulation of Composite Parts Based on Mastercam2022
Taking composite parts as an example,through Mastercam2022 software,part modeling adopts cutting section method,pushing and pulling the spatial position of each region,so as to make it shaped and improve the modeling speed of CAD.The methods of plane milling,3D dynamic milling,2D high-speed tool path,contour milling,3d high-speed tool path of curved surface(contour),deep hole-pecking were used in the simulation of rough and finish machining.The advantages of 3D dynamic milling rough machining strategy are introduced,which can reduce the wear of the end of milling cutter,simplify the programming of rough machining and reduce the difficulty of beginners.
