基于智能制造的柴油机装配线优化技术研究

随着制造业智能化转型的加速,传统柴油机装配线面临自动化程度低、缺陷检测依赖人工等问题,严重制约了生产效率与产品质量.本文针对柴油机装配线存在的效率瓶颈与质量控制难题,探索了基于智能制造的零部件智能识别与配送、智能拧紧力矩精准控制、产品质量缺陷智能检测和产品智能配送入库仓储等方面的应用.结合需求分析,设计了基于智能制造的装配线优化系统,包括系统开发环境、功能模块和硬件设计,进行了功能测试和性能测试,验证了系统的有效性和实用性.
Research on Optimization Technology of Diesel Engine Assembly Line Based on Intelligent Manufacturing
With the acceleration of the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry,the traditional diesel engine assembly line faces the problems of low automation,defect detection relying on manual labor,which seriously restricts the production efficiency and product quality.In this paper,for the efficiency bottleneck and quality control problems existing in diesel engine assembly line,we explored the application of intelligent identification and distribution of parts based on intelligent manufacturing,intelligent tightening torque precision control,intelligent detection of product quality defects and intelligent distribution of products into the warehouse and storage.Combined with the requirement analysis,the assembly line optimization system based on intelligent manufacturing was designed,including the system development environment,functional modules and hardware design.
