随着制造业自动化水平的迅猛发展,刀具性能要求日益增高.大自然中,生物牙齿、爪子因生存需求不断进化,展现出省力、抗磨、抗冲击及高强度等特性.本文采用仿生设计,提出基于河狸牙齿曲线与微织构的前刀面结构.首先,根据河狸门牙生成前刀面准线曲线,并制作仿生曲线刀具;其次,在刀具前刀面制作微小凹坑.通过有限元软件仿真,发现仿生曲线刀具切削力下降 15.9%,而仿生曲线微织构刀具下降 5.29%,且切屑不易积累,减少了刀具磨损.
Bionic Design of Tool's Front Face Structure
As manufacturing industry rapidly evolves,cutting tool requirements have soared.Inspired by bea-ver teeth's evolutionary traits,this paper proposes a bionic design method for front cutting surfaces.By studying beaver's teeth,we derived an alignment curve and created a micro-textured surface on the tool.Simulations showed that bionic-curved and micro-textured tools reduced cutting force by 15.9%and 5.29%respectively.Characteristics like minimized chip accumulation and reduced tool wear are obtained.
